RETURN & REFUND POLICY

How to Return an Item

1. To return an item, contact our support team at organityoffice@gmail.com. Our support team will determine what further action is required. They will then give you further instructions in order to return the product safely and in a environmentally friendly manner.

2. You must properly package the product, clearly marking your order number on the package and include a copy of your proof of purchase date with the product. All return items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

3. Send the product to the provided shipping address.

4. We will process your return and issue you a refund.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact our support team at organityoffice@gmail.com. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered by our company and therefore we will send you a new version free of charge.
